‘Fashion is what you buy. Style is what we do with it.’
How I make sense through the concept of travel and how does it connect to style in everyday life? Expression is only a temporal state. Upon that basis, Ian King defines the body as the core and the mode to express yourself on a reflective level, including the audience (perceiver/perceived – chiasm). In broader terms, non-verbal expression, through the power of the body, is more powerful than language and has to exceed the descriptive level. At the same time, considering fashion as an example, the question at hand is, whether the relation between mobility and desire increases and mobility and need decreases over time.
