On Leadership

This is so to say a historical podcast. Back in Summer 2008 I had an interview with Professor Frank H. Witt who was the founding dean of Karlshochschule International University. Shortly after that interview he left Germany for an assignment at the German University in Cairo, Egypt. In the meantime Frank has been elected founding dean of Ada University’s Business School in Ethiopia. I found the file while following up some interviews from our Business Development Project and I think it might be interesting for both our current students and our alumni. Moreover this audio file is historical in so far as it reflects some of the very early roots of Karlshochschule’s current philosophy, and also this thinking has somehow influenced the design of Karlshochschule’s Master Program “Leadership”.
