This German page really took me some time to read and after I understood it, I gotta to say, I definitely agree with you!
In my opinion, mentality power is more important for a leader than manager skills, and this "Leader-thinking" takes people a long time to cultivate. This program provides me a lever for acquiring it. The courses what we have participated so far fit exactly into my expectations. They are very special and really up-to-date, with a combination of inter-disciplinary topics, which go far beyond the "classic management theory" founded decades ago. We can always have some new opinions/topics from the respective area, as well as intense discussions among our colleges and lecturers in class. And such kinds of discussion always inspire new thoughts. As a result, my curiosity grows, and at the same time, my understanding grows.
Time flies and now comes to the end of this semester. I hardly notice that, because I feel I still have so much to learn! Now I am really looking forward to the coming new semester!
